As an fyi, the site is going through a design change. Steve is on the job. (Check's in the mail, buddy!)

Everything here is still usable of course, but soon (1 month? 12 months?!) you'll see a new look for the site. Hopefully it won't look like it was designed by me, basically. Meaning, hopefully it looks sleek yet friendly.

Because right now our site screams, "Get away from me! There's nothing to see here! Move along please!"

Ummm... this design can't be that good. I haven't had ONE job offer for more than $200,000 a year. Isn't that what web people make every year? (I keep turning down all those offers for $150k a year.)
