Here's a link to a BBC article on Usain Bolt and the prospects for getting his world record 100m and 200m times ridiculously low. He ran a 9.69 100m in Beijing and seemed to slow up at the end. He's thinking he could hit a 9.52. That's pretty amazing since on the west side growing up we knew a guy who ran a 10.66 who was one of the fastest in the state and that's still a second slower. Extremely amazing since we can only run about a 15.
